Create the FEA geometry and an optimized mesh.

Call this method at the end of creating a custom scripting geometry.

Deprecated since version 0.6.0: create_optimised_mesh will be removed with Motor-CAD 2025R2 (tentative). Functionality replaced by adaptive templates.
